A little bit about yours truly....

I'm 27, multi-passionate writer, avid reader, keen photographer, plant obsessive and skincare hoarder. I'm currently studying an undergraduate degree with open university, psychology + self-care are kinda my jam (if you hadn't already guessed). 

I have had a real desire to work with people for a long time. From an early age I have been intrigued by the human mind and how it works in order to empower individuals to lead better lives. It is this fascination that makes psychology such a desirable subject for me. Psychology is all around us from what we think, say, do, feel etc. I truly believe once you have a strong understanding of the basics, you will be better prepared to explore different ways that psychology may help improve your everyday life, health, and well-being.
