Counselling Psychologist 🌟 If you’re in the UK where did you volunteer? I’m starting to think about volunteering my time & building my CV but I’m confused with this field due to patient confidentiality & places that would allow first year students. Any advice? ⠀⠀

Study Motivation Tips✨
1. Think about your why - Why are you in school? Who are you doing for? What are your goals? What do you need to do to achieve them?
2. Surround yourself with like-minded people - Surround yourself with people who have a similar mindset. People who have similar priorities, work towards their goals, are driven can have a good influence on you.
3. Set goals - Be realistic & making sure their attainable can keep you on track. Set short term goals that will eventually lead to achieving long term goals.
4. Don’t over study - So important! You’ll just burn out quickly and eventually be bored of anything school related.
5. Set up a study space - Having a dedicated study space can help keep you motivated. Make sure it’s tidy, bright & try finding a room spray that’s uplifting.
6. Change things up - You need to make your notes look instagramable but after a while things can get a bit boring. Changing your layout & style could keep you motivated for longer. ⠀⠀

Just read 16 pages on identity 😅It’s just so fascinating and multi dimensional! Sociologists believe identity is a dynamic feature of social life. That is, it is something that is constantly evolving and changing. For some people, identity can change rapidly and dramatically, of course, but for most of us identities evolve slowly and gradually. ⠀⠀
